What It Costs

To meet the needs and budgets of varied organizations, Bookminders provides several levels of service with prices that range from $200 for a small project to $2,000 per month for a large weekly client. Clients may spend more in situations where we are replacing an entire accounting department.

To find out how much Bookminders’ service would cost, please give us a call so we can discuss
your needs and answer questions you may have about our service. We can usually provide a “ballpark” estimate after a brief review of your needs.

If it looks like we might be a good fit, our accountant will then meet with you to gather data and prepare a detailed written estimate. The estimate will be based on your volume of transaction activity and the services you require. Often, our estimate will include several suggestions for accounting changes that could lead to further cost savings.
