October 23, 2024: Baltimore, Maryland – Bookminders has been recognized as one of only 38 organizations in Maryland honored in The Daily Record’s 2024 Empowering Women Awards. This prestigious program celebrates companies and organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting and elevating women in Maryland.

This recognition highlights Bookminders’ enduring dedication to creating opportunities for women in the workplace. From recruitment and promotion to mentorship programs and leadership development, Bookminders has consistently fostered a culture where women can thrive professionally while maintaining balance in their personal lives.

Empowering Women in Maryland and Beyond

The Empowering Women Awards were presented as the culminating event of The Daily Record’s Women’s Leadership Summit on October 22, 2024, at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Representing Bookminders at the ceremony were CEO Jessica Minkus and Director of Technology and Communications Jennifer Whitmore, both of whom accepted the award on behalf of the company.
