Bookminders is a 2025 Top Workplace!

For the fourth year running, Bookminders has secured a top ranking in the small company category of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s 2025 Top Workplaces awards.

In addition to placing second out of the 51 organizations recognized, we were presented with the Communication Award, highlighting our success in fostering a culture where employees feel informed and valued. Earning all 12 Culture Badges at the highest level in every year of participation, Bookminders is once again ranked among the Top 1% of all accounting and bookkeeping firms.

The Top Workplaces awards are especially meaningful as they are based entirely on employee feedback, gathered through a third-party survey conducted by employee engagement technology partner, Energage LLC. The confidential and anonymous survey measures critical aspects of the employee experience, including respect, support, empowerment, and growth, all of which are essential for organizational success.
