Our Process

Bookminders is accepting applications for Accountants in all our service areas.

Candidates interested in working for Bookminders must possess 4-year degrees and five or more years of accounting experience. Our employment model is ideal for accountants interested in work/life balance who want to work part- to full-time. We are accepting applications for the following work from home bookkeeping and accounting jobs.

Our employees must have suitable office space in their home, a computer, and a car to facilitate local travel.

Top Workplaces

Applicants must reside in proximity to one of our physical locations. Travel to Center City, Philadelphia is required for staff in the Delaware Valley market. Travel to Baltimore is required for staff in the Baltimore market. Travel to Austin is required for staff in the Austin market. Travel to downtown Pittsburgh is required for staff in the Pittsburgh market. If you are interested in home-based employment in a city without a Bookminders licensee, please let one of the local accounting firms know about our licensing program.
